Feral cannabis growing wild along rail lines and field edges is regular by definition and free to collect where it is legal. Most of it descends from old fiber hemp, so the potency is nothing, but the plants carry cold tolerance, early finishing and pest resistance that decades of indoor breeding have thrown away.
